Jacqui’s counselling approach is integrative, flexible, and diverse and each person is treated as the unique individual that they are. Her practice is underpinned by an empathic and non-judgmental approach as she works alongside individuals in a gentle and caring manner. She has extensive experience in online counselling, digital mental health, working with young people, suicide, and bereavement and loss counselling.
Jacqui has also worked in corporate and business for 25 years and she understands many of its challenges. She is passionate about supporting professionals in high-stress and high people-contact roles by offering professional supervision/mentoring. This includes emotional support within a safe, confidential space, professional assistance, feedback and guidance, and regular consultations to help minimize workplace stress and to improve performance/effectiveness and job satisfaction.
