Services
We offer ADHD assessments to help you access treatment. The assessment of ADHD in adults includes the collection of information from the person being assessed and from others who know the person now and who knew the person when they were a child.
Autism Assessment - Adult
We offer adult Autism assessments to help validate, and provide a framework for understanding the uniqueness of your life experiences.
It is not uncommon for a neurodivergent person to meet the established diagnostic criteria for both ADHD and ASD. Establishing the presence of all relevant diagnoses increases the likelihood that a person with have access to all appropriate treatments and accommodations
Special Authority
Special Authority is required to access stimulant medication in New Zealand.
If you have had a formal assessment, and have been diagnosed by a registered psychologist or psychiatrist in the past (NZ or overseas), and you are considering the use of stimulant medication to treat your symptoms, we may be able to help.
Diagnostic Clarification Assessment
When an assessment is required but there are no specific referral questions, we offer a broad and comprehensive diagnostic clarification assessment to determine the best path forward.
