Providing Virtual Mental Health Services Across New Zealand

Become part of our dedicated team of mental health professionals who make a real difference every day.

The combination of growing need and limited available resources, coupled with New Zealand's geography and population distribution, has contributed to inequities in accessing mental health services.

We created the New Zealand Telehealth Network (NZTN) to help address that inequity and to make sure as many Kiwis as possible have access to the high-quality mental health services available through the private sector.

We welcome you to join us in our efforts.

What is the Provider Portal
Image
Provider Portal logo

The Provider Portal is a patient management system (PMS) designed for individual providers who contract to various suppliers of mental health services and/or operate their own individual practice. It has been designed to help mental health providers improve their efficiency, security and productivity so that they can focus on the work of enhancing the wellbeing of their clients.

We use the Provider Portal as a Single Sign-On account to access all our platforms.

All NZTN contract providers will be given access to a free 'NZTN-tier' Provider Portal subscription to access our platforms, store client records, and manage invoicing for services.
