I’m a registered Social Worker and Creative Arts Therapist, providing a safe and supportive space for young people to explore their emotions and navigate life’s challenges.

I recognise that at times, verbal expression can be limiting when it comes to processing difficult emotions. My approach combines creative arts therapies with other evidence-based strategies to provide a holistic, person-centred support tailored to your needs.

Art offers a powerful alternative, providing a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore, understand, and express your feelings. In addition to creative arts therapies, I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and emotional regulation techniques to provide you with the tools and insights needed for your journey.

Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, or simply seeking support to navigate life’s challenges, I am here to offer you support along your process. Together, we can work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, creating meaningful progress and lasting change.

I believe in a strengths-based approach, recognising the resilience and potential in each individual, and I’m committed to providing a warm, safe, and professional space where you can feel heard and supported.

When I’m not in my practice, I love to create art, enjoy the calming presence of the ocean, and spend quality time with my whānau over a nice meal. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.
