I am a narrative therapist who works alongside people to explore the stories shaping their lives, with the understanding that you are not the problem—the problem is the problem. Together, we work to unpack what’s been going on and reconnect with strengths, values, and meanings that may have been overshadowed.
Narrative therapy is at the heart of my practice. This means I centre your voice, your knowledge, and your lived experience, and I am interested in the skills and resilience you already carry—even in the midst of difficulty. This work is about helping you make sense of your experiences and begin to build richer, more preferred stories about who you are and where you want to head.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental, and collaborative space where you can feel heard, respected, and not rushed or pathologised. I work with a range of concerns, including identity, anxiety, stress, trauma and life transitions.
