Kia Ora,

Originally from Fiji, I now call Aotearoa, New Zealand, home. I hold a degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology, with a special interest in EMDR therapy. My professional journey began in Fiji, where I gained extensive experience working with diverse populations across the Pacific Islands—initially through my role as the only counsellor at the country’s only psychiatric hospital and later at the University of the South Pacific, which spans 14 member countries.

My journey, both personal and professional, has deepened my appreciation for cultural diversity and the unique strengths every individual brings to their healing process. Working across the Pacific has taught me that wellbeing is not a one-size-fits-all journey—it is shaped by our stories, our communities, and the values we hold dear.

Over time, this journey deepened into a passion for helping others build resilience and develop healthier thought patterns. This is what I aim to offer clients who are exploring EMDR therapy—gentle, compassionate support in healing and integration

Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, hiking, road trips, and spending time outdoors over a good cup of chai or coffee. I'm also a cat lover and a yearly fan of Nicholas Sparks novels and films and dinosaurs!. I find healing in nature and in witnessing others become the best versions of themselves.
