I’m an ADHD coach based in New Zealand. I love to help creative, unique adults with sparky brains to feel better and do more of what matters to them. I help people with practical skills like keeping track of keys, with organisational skills like running a calendar, and with emotional skills like remembering to breathe. My clients describe me as kind, wise, and funny.

ADHD coaching helps you to learn what works for you, and supports you to put it into practice. My coaching style is flexible, holistic, forward-focused, and tailored to you as an individual. I'm a trained ADHD coach. I also have ADHD myself, and my clients tell me that it's a relief to talk with someone who 'really gets it'.

You don't need a formal diagnosis of ADHD to work with me - if you relate to ADHD-type challenges, and respond well to ADHD-type strategies, you're likely to benefit from ADHD coaching. If you're neurodiverse and have executive function challenges (whether or not you have ADHD), I can help you to set up your life and systems to support you better.
