I support teenagers, adults, and families to develop meaningful skills, improve wellbeing, and navigate challenges through evidence-based psychological and behavioural approaches. Therapy modalities include Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have a special interest in supporting trauma / abuse survivors, neurodivergent individuals, parents/caregivers, and strengthening parental and family relationships.
