I hold a Master of Counselling from the University of Auckland and am a Te Whatu Ora Accredited Member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC). My practice is shaped by cultural responsiveness, reflective practice, and a deep respect for the diverse identities and lived experiences of the people I work with. I am committed to creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful shifts in your life.
I support adults and young adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, identity exploration, life transitions, and experiences of overwhelm or disconnection. I also welcome those seeking space for reflection, personal growth, or strengthening their sense of self.
My therapeutic approach integrates modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), DBT‑informed strategies, mindfulness‑based approaches, narrative therapy, and solution‑focused work. I take a holistic view of well-being, acknowledging the emotional, relational, cultural, and environmental factors that shape your life.
I look forward to connecting with you and walking alongside you in your journey.
