Roshnee Kassan
I understand that life often presents unexpected challenges. As a person-centered counsellor working within a pluralistic framework, I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and life challenges. I hold a Master of Counselling (hons) from the University of Auckland.

My counseling practice offers personalized, empathetic support to individuals seeking emotional healing and growth. I provide a non-judgmental environment where individuals can feel empowered to overcome challenges, build resilience, and find clarity. Working collaboratively, I help individuals explore their thoughts, feelings, and life challenges. Together, we discover strengths and develop new coping mechanisms to move forward. I adapt a holistic approach to my practice to meet diverse client needs, considering factors such as personal and cultural background, as well as socioeconomic factors and life experiences.

Over the years, I have worked with individuals facing a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, grief, trauma, career changes, work-related concerns, social anxiety, and relationship challenges. I also offer a safe space for those who simply want to talk things through and gain greater clarity in their lives.

I look forward to connecting with you!
