Frances has a keen interest in systems and processes and aims to streamline the services we offer to ensure an excellent user experience for both clients and providers.
Frances studied at the University of Canterbury and graduated with an MSc in Psychology. Her major was in neuroscience, which led to work as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Canterbury and Research Assistant in Sweden at Karolinska Institute and Uppsala University. The focus of her research was related to spatial information processing as well as furthering our understanding of the function of specific brain regions.
Before training as a research scientist, Frances studied graphic design, graduating with a DipGD. She worked at a signwriting company in Christchurch in this capacity for 10 years and still brings a designer's eye to everything she does.
