Counselling can be a welcoming, non-judgemental space for you to explore the complexities of your life. I offer insight, a shift of perspective, and practical tools for feeling better.

I often think of counselling as planting seeds of hope and possibility, and I believe we do have to be intentional in carving out the space to pause and examine the complexities of our lives from a new perspective.

Whatever you are struggling with, talking can help. My areas of interest and experience include anxiety, depression, body image, relationships, neurodiversity, sexuality and gender, navigating change and grief. Most importantly I love connecting with people and hearing their story, and offering some support in difficult times.

I am a Provisional Member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors. As a trained professional in Counselling I take confidentiality seriously. I abide by the code of ethics set by New Zealand Counsellors Association (NZAC).

I have experience working in schools, a youth mental health NGO, and private practice.

I am also an experienced yoga teacher and I bring a holistic approach to our work together, incorporating some somatic and mindfulness offerings.
