Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need a safe, non-judgmental space to process our thoughts, emotions, and experiences. As a seasoned mental health professional with over a decade of experience, I am here to walk alongside you, offering support, clarity, and practical tools to help you navigate life’s difficulties.

I have worked extensively with children, adults and young people, helping them manage stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional well-being. My approach is client-centered, warm, and culturally responsive, ensuring that each person I work with feels truly heard and empowered in their healing journey.

I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Mindfulness-Based Approaches to tailor sessions to your unique needs. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, seeking personal growth, or simply need someone to talk to, I provide a collaborative and compassionate space to help you move forward with confidence.

I am an NZAC Provisional Member and hold an open work visa, allowing me to provide telehealth support for individuals across New Zealand. I welcome people from all backgrounds who are looking for professional, empathetic, and effective mental health support.

If you're ready to take the first step, I’d love to connect. Let’s work together to create a path forward that feels right for you.
